Home-Start Borehamwood & District is an independent registered charity which needs help from donors to bridge the gap between local government funding and the costs of providing support to local families. We are grateful to our funders and individual donors.

Home Start currently has a Vacancy for a fundraising trustee.
Fundraising events
We could benefit from regular fundraising events including concerts, market stalls and theatre events. We are always keen to hear from individuals or organizations who would like to hold an event for or in partnership with us.
If you would like to join our fundraising committee to help run a variety of community fundraising events contact us. No experience is necessary, just plenty of enthusiasm!
Companies
We are keen to partner with local companies. Here's some of the ways you could support us:
- Could we be your nominated charity this year?
- Does your company run an employee volunteer scheme - do your staff have skills that would be useful for us?
- Could we be promoted in your payroll giving scheme?
- Would your company be interested in sponsoring the printing of our annual report, our AGM or one of our events?
- Does your company have products that you could donate as raffle prizes?
- Could you hold an event and raise some funds for us? We'd be very pleased to make an appearance and talk about the work of Home-Start if you'd like us to.
Individuals

If you work and your company has an employee volunteering scheme or a charity of the year why not suggest us? Or perhaps you want to run an event in aid of us.
